LEARNING TO BEAT THE BIRTHDAY BLUES

Confession: my birthday has always been a quietly sad occasion for me. Not because I’m getting older – that’s bound to happen – but because it’s always felt indulgent to celebrate myself. It’s fashion for a cause and I couldn’t be happier to wear it. Read on to learn more about the best time I had shopping in Athens, GA!

WEEKEND ENTERTAINMENT IDEA – HORSE RACING FUN

This past weekend several friends and I got all dressed up for a (rainy) day at the Arlington Park racetrack in Chicago, and it was so much fun. I highly recommend this weekend activity if you’re looking for ideas to change it up as the weather gets warmer. And if you aren’t near a racetrack, this would be THE weekend of all weekends to host a racing viewing party – it’s the 2015 Belmont Stakes
