I’m in Charleston for the month of December this year, and I’m going to write up a few of my adventures because this is an extraordinary city full of wonderful people and things to do! One of those was a recent Ladies’ Night at Whole Foods where we sipped on bubbly and made DIY bath scrubs from ingredients you buy right there in the store – perfect for inexpensive holiday gifts. I also found a locally-made bath and body brand to try! Read on for details, pictures, links and recipes.
My recent trip to France culminated in a black-tie wedding at a chateau outside of Paris – it was amazing! And I got to wear this most beautiful dress from NewYorkDress.com that totally fulfilled my all my wildest dreams of an old Hollywood glamour look – complete with vintage rhinestone earrings, red lips and side-swept curls. There aren’t many words to describe the beauty and great friends I encountered along the way on this adventure, so I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves (mostly) on this post!
The countdown is on – it’s T-minus 8 days until Belle’s take off to Paris! I am so excited to be heading to Paris at the end of this month for a whole week. And even more, I cannot WAIT to wear some of my favorite outfits in the most chic city in the world. Naturally, I had to buy a few things to augment my wardrobe and make it worthy of France. Which is how I found IfChic, a website that makes shopping fun. You collect coins each time you visit the site until the 24th of the month, when you get to use them to shop! Talk about gaming the system! Read on for more details!
Confession: I packed ALL the wrong things for my recent trip to Mexico, and I ended up buying many items while traveling to make up for the wrong choices I’d made.
Amigos! Here is one last post before I leave San Miguel de Allende, where this Oaxacan vest and these lace-up espadrilles were two style finds that I couldn’t pass up. They are so unique, and paired with a few things I brought from my own closet, I was able to create a Belle-certified outfit of the day!
